The CRTC has delayed the commencement of billing for Internet usage ... only 60 days. Time to let the grunts? time to concoct a another plan?
Recall that the decision would have prevented the small Internet providers offer packages with unlimited access by allowing Bell and Telus raise prices charged to them depending on the amount downloaded. Remember also that this is contrary to that other CRTC decision that was favored small suppliers in order to generate competition in the market ... But they are not yet big enough to compete with the 3 major .
